During the course of the audit, if queries arise, we liaise with you or, if advised, directly with your client.

Where we are providing superannuation outsource services, you have access to our superannuation Director to assist with any general superannuation queries.

We understand that when you engage an outsource service provider and refer them to your clients, your reputation is on the line as well as ours. If your client doesn’t have a great experience, it can affect your standing with your client. We go out of our way to manage your client’s experience and keep you in the ‘information loop’ along the way. If we come across any problems, we will discuss these with you.

We understand that your client relationship is important to you. When you deal with us, your client relationship is fully protected. Where you have introduced a client to us, we will not approach the client or accept instructions from them, other than as requested by you.
